Refund & Return Policy
At Homizee, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at contact@homizee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of the damage by email. This can be a clear photo or video showing the damaged product. Without this proof, we cannot proceed with any return or refund.

• Eligibility: Only products that arrive damaged are eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
• Proof of Damage: You must email us a clear image or video of the damaged product. This is required to approve any return or refund request.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued only via PayPal. Once we receive and verify the damaged item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Depending on PayPal’s processing time, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will provide a return label by email, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
